Yesterday, members of the CMS team attended the North East HR&D Awards, a fantastic event celebrating excellence in people, talent, and organisational development across the region.
We were incredibly proud to be shortlisted as finalists in the Excellence in Talent Attraction & Employer Brand category, alongside some outstanding organisations that are helping to shape the future of work in the North East.
While we didn't take home the award on the night, being recognised as a finalist is an achievement we are immensely proud of. Receiving a Finalist Certificate is a testament to the hard work, dedication, and commitment of our team in building a strong employer brand and creating opportunities that attract and retain great talent.
The evening was a brilliant opportunity to celebrate with colleagues, connect with other businesses, and recognise the incredible work being carried out by organisations across the region. It was also a chance to reflect on the progress CMS has made and the culture we continue to build together.
