CMS was honoured to present the award to Chris Woolgar, who was recognised for truly embodying the principles of the Fish Philosophy through their positive attitude, openness, teamwork, and commitment to creating an enjoyable and supportive workplace culture.

Chris was celebrated for consistently making people’s day, encouraging collaboration, and bringing energy and positivity into the workplace — values that align closely with both Consensus and CMS.

The evening also featured a special appearance from Strictly star, model, and actress Ellie Goldstein ✨

Ellie shared her personal journey, speaking openly about resilience, overcoming barriers, and pursuing her ambitions within the modelling and entertainment industries. Her story inspired attendees and reinforced the importance of empowering people to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
