We're heading to the CBRE Supplier Partner Event 2026, and we're bringing some incredible prizes with us.

There's an even better reason to get involved too. For every eligible giveaway entry on the day, CMS will donate £1 to Alzheimer's Society.

Taking place at Old Billingsgate in London on Thursday 24 September, this year's CBRE Supplier Partner Event is centred around “The Power of Partnerships”.

It's a theme that resonates strongly with CMS. Great facilities management depends on strong working relationships, whether that's between a customer and service provider, an engineer and facilities team, or the suppliers and manufacturers supporting the equipment we maintain.

We're delighted to be part of this year's event and would like to thank CBRE for bringing its clients, supplier partners and the wider FM community together for what promises to be a great day.

Who Are CMS?

If you haven't met us before, Commercial Maintenance Services (CMS) is a UK-wide provider of hard facilities management, maintenance and project services.

We support organisations across a wide range of commercial environments, providing planned and reactive maintenance alongside specialist engineering and project support. Our capabilities span HVAC, Gas, Plumbing & Heating, Electrical, Commercial Catering Equipment, Refrigeration, Building Energy Management Systems (BeMS) and Projects & Installation.

Our focus is on helping customers keep their buildings safe, compliant, efficient and operational, while providing the technical expertise and engineering support they need across their estates.

Your Entry Will Support Alzheimer's Society

We wanted our activity at the event to have an impact beyond giving away some brilliant prizes.

That's why CMS will donate £1 to Alzheimer's Society for every eligible giveaway entry received on the day.

Alzheimer's Society supports people living with dementia and those affected by it, while also funding research and campaigning for change. We're proud to be supporting its work through our activity at the event.

Looking Ahead in Facilities Management

The CBRE Supplier Partner Event also gives us the chance to hear more about where facilities management is heading, with this year's programme covering areas including the FM market, technology and AI, decarbonisation and operational resilience.

These conversations are increasingly relevant to the work we're doing with customers. Buildings are becoming more connected, energy performance continues to be a major consideration and facilities teams are looking for better visibility and greater consistency across their estates.

For CMS, that means continuing to invest in our engineering capabilities, people, BeMS expertise, technology and project delivery, while maintaining the reliable day-to-day service our customers depend on.
