Commercial Maintenance Services UK Limited (CMS) has expanded its capabilities and network of engineers by establishing an engineering Hub in Scotland.
Founded in 2000 with a team of over 130 employees, CMS delivers nationwide 24/7 services in installing, maintaining, and repairing business critical systems including heating, hot water, electricals, air conditioning, catering and refrigeration.
Now with an established office in Paisley, CMS are able to further support their existing and new client base which includes Travelodge, Fife Council and Four Seasons Health Care.
The Scotland team, which covers an area stretching from Stranraer in the south to Wick in the far north, recently expanded from eight to 11 in-house engineers and apprentices. It is currently recruiting a further two engineers.
Earlier in 2021 CMS appointed Kevin Ridley as Technical Manager to lead its team operating throughout Scotland and to closely support key customers in the region.
