Requirements
Dunston Hall was looking for a Mechanical & Electrical and building services maintenance company to provide contracted planned and preventive maintenance cover and emergency reactive maintenance support for the hotel and Country Club.
Additionally, this provider would also manage parts of the £2M redevelopment project relating to water and drainage.
Due to the age of the Elizabethan-style mansion and historical importance, this required special considerations and adaptations to standard working practices to ensure they were protected.

CMS Ltd has provided project management and upgrade of services management on a number of projects for the Q Hotel Group and was invited to tender for the project at Dunston Hall.
