CMS has worked with the Darlington-headquartered company on previous maintenance contracts, prior to being awarded a major contract to undertake all planned and preventative building maintenance together with installations involving heating, hot water, and air conditioning.
Requirements
With 12 hospitals and residential centres across England and Scotland, Huntercombe required a national facilities maintenance provider capable of delivering critical services across a range of disciplines.
From Air-Conditioning providing a sterile temperature in medical stores through to the huge hot water demand that the hospitals and centres experience every day of the year, keeping critical services running around the clock is vital to the Group's operations.
Solution
In 2021 CMS were awarded a major contract to provide planned preventative maintenance and 24/7 reactive call outs to the Huntercombe Group.
Having a great deal of experience working for the NHS, private hospitals and care homes, CMS understand how vital it is to keep these facilities operational and their patients and residents comfortable and safe.
CMS undertake planned and preventative building maintenance within a programme to minimise disruption to the Group's operations, together with installations involving heating, hot water, and air conditioning.
CMS also provide a 24/7 reactive response service for the group 365 days of the year, from day-to-day maintenance, such as changing a tap through to installing a heating system, CMS' team of enhanced dbs checked and qualified staff ensure a reactive, cost-effective, and efficient response.
